Can I return or exchange Jake swimwear?
For hygienic reasons, all swimwear purchases are final sale. 

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We are currently unable to provide international shipping options. However, please check back with us soon as we are continuously evaluating our shipping capabilities and may add additional locations in the future. 

What is the difference between the Classic swim brief and Athletic swim brief?
The Classic swim brief has a side seam of approximately 2 inches, while the Athletic swim brief has an edgier side seam of approximately 1.25 inches. See comparison photo below. 

How should I wash and dry my Jake swim briefs?
Hand washing is the best way to care for your swimwear briefs. Use a mild detergent and cool water, and gently rub the fabric together to remove any dirt or oils. Rinse thoroughly and hang or lay flat to dry. Washing in a washing machine is not recommended, as the agitation and high heat can damage the fabric and Jake logo, as well as stretch out the elastic. If you must use a washing machine, make sure to use a delicate cycle with cold water and put your swimwear briefs in a mesh laundry bag to protect them. Avoid drying in a dryer as the high heat can damage the fabric and cause shrinkage. Instead, hang or lay flat to dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid sitting on rough surfaces like concrete or wooden pool decks, which can cause snags or tears. Store your swimwear briefs flat or rolled up, rather than folded, to prevent creases.

USPS tracking shows delivered, but there is no package in my mailbox.
Occasionally, USPS will mark the shipment delivered when it's still on its way to the destination. If you receive a notification saying your package was delivered, but the package is not found, please allow 2 to 3 more business days.

What if my order was delivered, but was lost or stolen?
Jake by Tyler is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We also are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

I provided an incorrect shipping address when I placed my order and my order was shipped to someone else. What should I do?
Make sure your items and delivery address are correct before placing an order. We cannot change orders once they have been placed. Once items have been shipped, we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.
